Frequently Asked Questions
How long will my order take?
As each piece is made to order, please allow the current production timeframe listed on each product before dispatch. During busy periods (such as seasonal launches or holidays), this may be slightly extended, but we’ll always keep you informed. General turnaround time is 2 weeks from date of order (excluding shipping).
If you require something by a specific date, please email before ordering and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Do you offer custom orders?
Yes - custom is our love language.
We offer personalised appliqué names, curated Liberty fabric selections, and bespoke cushion and towel designs. If you have something special in mind, please reach out via email to discuss availability and turnaround times.
Can I choose my fabrics?
Absolutely. Where fabric options are available, you can select from the curated prints listed on the images on each product listing. Many of our fabrics are limited edition or small-batch, so once they’re gone, they may not return. However, new fabrics are being constantly added (or removed from the website due to low stock etc) so if you have a specific print in mind, please don't hesitate to reach out via email or direct message on socials.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
As most pieces are personalised and made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 5 days of receiving it and we will work with you to resolve it promptly.
How should I care for my piece?
To preserve the beauty and longevity of your handcrafted item:
- Gentle cold wash
- Do not tumble dry
- Warm iron on reverse if needed
- Avoid harsh detergents
Care instructions specific to your item will also be included with your order.
Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes, absolutely. We ship Australia-wide via tracked postage. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
